It was just last week while I was in Sydney CBD that I was looking for strictly vegetarian food.
The truth is that meat serving restaurants just don’t get it and think it’s okay to serve some bland food because it’s vegetarian, or they don’t think and then cook your vegetarian meal on the same grill as meat.
A quick Google and I had found a vegetarian restaurant near by, I’ve been in the restaurant game long enough to know not to judge a book by it’s cover.
The shop fit out and store front are not attractive and you can tell it’s family owned and family run. We even had a chance to meet Grandma Chu.
The inside of the restaurant could do with better mood lighting and a good declutter. The tables and chairs are basic but there was a comfy vibe about the place.
What’s great about this place is that I could order anything and not have to worry that they were going to stuff it up and include meat or cook it with meat.
The cuisine is mixed asian food, we picked out a few chinese and korean dishes.
